In this day and age, we are exposed to so many toxins and chemicals that we need to detoxify in order to cleanse our body. From air pollution, household cleaners, chemicals in our food, water to prescription drugs, it’s clear that detoxing is good for everyone.
Detoxing purifies the skin, blood and the liver to help restore your body’s health. A detox will have the body looking vibrant and beautiful from the inside out.

Eat organic, non-gmo food. According to research, it’s better to eat organic, non-genetically modified food that doesn’t contain nasty chemicals, pesticides and herbicides.
Reduce the consumption of processed food. Most people can agree that eating junk foods is bad for you but why do we still eat it? Most times it’s out of convenience and addiction. So stop the addiction and cut out process food to help your body detox.
Drink more water. We are made up of around 60% water so whenever we are dehydrated, our bodies are immediately affected. From headaches to kidney issues to mental fatigue. Water is the fuel the body needs to stay healthy.
Eat more greens. Eat less meat and eat more greens, is what most dietician or nutritionist will advise you for optimum health. They’re right, eating more greens is the best way to stay healthy. It keeps the body looking younger.
Drink more fresh fruit juices. Detox juices are the best. Not only an easy way to take in more vitamins and nutrients but an easy way to detox. Detox juices work with the body to cleanse and restore the body.
Intermittent Fasting. Fasting one of the best ways to detoxify your body. Fasting has many benefits from weight loss, lower blood pressure and reduces cholesterol. Water fasting has been known to be a great way to detox. Some might call it the best detox cleanse on the planet.
Exercise. Even if it’s 30 minutes a day. Studies have shown that exercise is the best detox you can ever do. The benefits are good your mind, body and soul as it releases endorphins. Endorphine keep you younger and more vibrant.
Change your beauty products. If you’re not using organic beauty products, then you could be adding more harmful chemicals to your skin and body. Reduce the number of chemicals with natural and organic products that are better for your body.
Protect your skin. When you’re out and about, make you take care not to overexpose yourself to the elements. Whether you’re in the sun or in the snow, take care to look after your skin, either with UV protection or keep your skin hydrated with moisturisers.
Reduce alcohol. Ok, not everyone can do this but it’s important if you want to detoxify your body for beauty.
Stop smoking. If you’re still smoking, you need to stop. Smoking, like drinking alcohol can add years to your life, not just in physical appearance but health as well.
